The Level Up Scholarship was created to support KBP Brands team members who are taking the next step in their educational journey. Whether you're pursuing college classes, vocational or trade training, or working toward your GED, this program is designed to help remove financial barriers that may stand in the way.

Important Dates
- Application Opens: October 16, 2026
- Application Deadline: December 8, 2026
- Scholarship Payments Issued: January 2027
Scholarship awards are intended to support the Spring 2027 semester.
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for the Level Up Scholarship, applicants must meet the following criteria:
✔️ Be employed with KBP Brands for at least 90 days and have worked a minimum of 130 hours
✔️ Be an employee in good standing
✔️ Be a member of at least one KBP Employee Resource Group (ERG)
✔️ Be accepted to or currently enrolled in an eligible educational program: College or university courses
- Vocational or trade school
- Certificate programs
- GED programs
✔️ If currently enrolled, have a GPA of 2.5 or higher

Essay Questions & Review Process
Applications are reviewed by a Scholarship Committee made up of KBP Employee Resource Group (ERG) leaders. Your essay responses help the committee better understand your experiences, goals, and ERG involvement.
There are no right or wrong answers. We encourage applicants to provide thoughtful, detailed responses with specific examples to help the committee fully evaluate their applications.
